Hong Kong, 10 June 2011 – Mr. Tony Bailey, CEO Access Testing, today announced the opening of its Hong Kong office, bringing its unique approach to Customer Experience Testing – helping clients create competitive advantage by building better technology – to the Asian market.

“Our initial focus will be on the financial services sector, government and major IT users,” said Mr. Bailey. “This is the first of a number of initiatives we are taking this year as we expand into new markets with our existing proven services and develop new offerings – especially in the area of testing the customer experience.”

Ron Davenport was appointed to the role of General Manager, Hong Kong. Ron has a long association with various levels of government and business in Asia, and was previously responsible for establishing Access Testing’s Canberra office. “We see Hong Kong as being a logical first step as we look at opportunities to work in the region,” said Mr. Davenport.

The office will be located in Cyberport - a creative digital community with a vision to establish itself as a leading ICT hub in the Asia-Pacific region.
